A short while back we packed our bags and headed for the east coast – a red eye flight followed by a three hour drive down to the south coast of Berry. We were tired, so so tired, but nothing really prepared us for the beauty of the south coast. Rolling hills, drifting white clouds and the big blue sky, the combination of green and blue we would never ever have experienced back in Perth.
There is so much that I could say about these special few days, but I think all I really have to say is a big thank you for everything that has happened. For being able to photograph celebrations in these beautiful places, for the people that we have met and will eventually come to meet, for the amazing sunrises and the sunsets, for the sound of birds at our doorstep, for the joyful clinks of wine glasses and for the heartfelt speeches given by close friends and family.
This is the first destination wedding that Ting and I photographed and experienced together, and I wouldn’t have done it any other way, with anyone else. Everything good that has happened did because of you, and this story could only be so complete because we photographed it together. I look closely at the experiences and people all around me within this past year and I see you everywhere. Thank you for making the very basis of life sweeter and more beautiful.
