Paul and Charissa’s wedding earlier this year at Burkhill hall will always be one of the most memorable celebrations that I’ve ever been present at. As I look back at the photographs, some moments still get me. I have never experienced a celebration more heartfelt and genuine than theirs, nor have I ever teared so much in one evening. There are so many little details that I want to tell you about, but I won’t. Perhaps it’s because I want to selfishly keep the memories to myself for a little longer, or maybe it’s honestly because what I describe will never be sufficient enough to explain how it felt like to be present in their company that night, surrounded by love and warmth.
I wish I could say that every photograph I take will turn out to be magical, but the truth cannot be any further than that. The memories I document can only be as real as the people they belong to, and only as beautiful and genuine as their personalities. I can only hold my hands to my heart and be thankful of how blessed I am to be part of something that could touch my heart so much.
If I could, I would have done it all over again in a heartbeat.
